Why not plan our event in-house instead?
Because an event is more than a venue. Flights, rooms, transfers, staging, speakers, activities, themes and on-ground coordination all have to work together. We handle every layer with one point of contact, so your HR or admin team isn't juggling ten vendors.
How is OFFGRYD different from other event companies?
Most event agencies plan the experience but hand flights and hotels to outside travel agents, adding another layer of cost, delay and follow-up. OFFGRYD books flights and hotels in-house, on Voyalys's own booking technology. The team designing your event is the same team securing your seats and rooms, in real time and without middlemen.
What does "in-house flight and hotel booking" actually mean?
Voyalys runs its own proprietary booking engine and operations system, VOX (Voyalys Ops eXchange), connected directly to leading global flight and hotel suppliers. When we plan your event, we search live inventory, hold options and confirm bookings ourselves, rather than emailing a third-party agent and waiting for a quote.
